David and Nikki were great to work with on the sale of our Mascot, TN Home. While we thought the house would be a simple sell, it turned out to be a 6 month long endeavor. We had already moved out of state and David went above and beyond of what a realtor should have to do. He was lining up people to complete the work for us, meeting them there to make sure the work was satisfactory, and he even cut/loaded a fallen tree before the final inspection. He was always available and gave sound advice. David has a wealth of knowledge about construction and also a large network of contractors, plumbers, electricians, and any other work that you might need completed. We are grateful that the house is *finally* SOLD! David was able to secure us an above asking price deal which we could not have been happier about. If you are buying or selling in the East TN area they are great to work with.
